It is in Worship where God comes to us, strengthening and growing our faith through the public reading and proclamation of His Word, The Bible. He then feeds us spiritually on his very own Body and Blood in Holy Communion, where he forgives us our sins and calls us to remember his sacrifice on the cross for the sins of the whole world.

We look forward to having you join us for worship as Christ shares his love for us in ways that changes our lives forever.

Adult Classes

There are a number of classes where adults can grow in their Christian faith, learn more about God and the Bible, and even learn what Lutheran's confess. Check this section frequently as new classes are always being added:

Pastor's Bible Study & Sunday School: Sunday Mornings at 10:20 a.m. immediately following worship and fellowhip time. 

Wednesday Night Bible Study: 7pm. Call Pastor Cockey at 945-6871.

Inquirer's Class: What do Lutheran's teach and confess about God? The Bible? The Trinity? Holy Communion? Baptism? What does it mean to be a Christian in this world? If you've got questions, this is the class that will help you search for answers. Call Pastor Cockey to get more information and attend at 945-6871.

Kids Stuff

Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me." Kids are at the heart of ministry at Holy Cross! From Sunday School to Confirmation class, check out a few of these exciting offerings:

Children's Sunday School: Every Sunday during the school year at 10:20 a.m. immediately following worship and fellowship for all ages--from newborns to the nearly graduated!

Confirmation Class: Here we answer the eternal question, "What does that mean?" and explore what it means to be a Christian and a Lutheran in this world, for now and for eternity. At the end of confirmation, kids get the opportunity to be "confirmed" into church membership. Call Pastor Cockey for complete information and a schedule of classes at 945-6871.

Holy Cross Preschool: Children's Chapel every Wednesday morning at 10 am; community families invited as well! Holy Cross Preschool is open weekdays 7 am to 6 pm, serving youngsters ages 2 1/2 to 6!  

We are a highly-rated Qualistar Program (3 out of 4 stars!) and use the curriculum of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, which operates more than 2,000 preschools nationwide. Our schools are known for preparing the best and brightest to go on to educational success in the earliest years and they provide a solid Biblical foundation in Jesus Christ and the major stories and themes of the Bible and our Christian faith.
